You check for AEFW??? Just reading to many post on people with them in the past 3 months and i know you bought some new sps in past 2 months. Just something to think becasue if every thing is stable that might be your last resort

Once SPS colonies grow to big, they have a tendancy to choke themselves out (the middle of the coral receiving the least amount of flow). I saw this beautiful acro colony the size of a basketball in (Reef and Fin - closed many years now) Stamford, CT where the middle of the colony melted away very quicky. If detritus settles in the middle of a colony, I believe that also smothers the acro and sets off a chain reaction.

Best thing to do is frag a few branches and see if you can save them from STN. GL!

It's like telling them they have a std,lol
Dipping does not kill eggs just keep an eye on them and turkey bast ss once a week and just saying because I seen real good sps tanks crash because of them

Although not very objective, I run a little more carbon in the summer. My (unfounded) guess is that the all-around heavier metabolism with the warmer weather affects the deterioration of water quality.
