Majano !!

Spotted 2 majano anemones

I shot it with lemon juice...it has not coming out after 2 hrs..but who knows.

Im sure it ll coming out tomorrow

What's the best way to kill it?

is it on a big rock? if not, i'd take that rock out and dry it.

Not really big but there's some coral attached on the rocks

move the coral or risk your whole tank...don't wait till it's too late.

You can also chip away at the rock where they're. But make sure the stump is completely gone. These thing can multiply pretty quickly and become such a pain.

I have an outbreak in my tank, tried everything and ended up as I said, an outbreak in my tank. Got 2 Carribbean Peppermint shrimp yesterday, I'll keep you posted on that...

Peppermint shrimp do not eat Majano Anemones.

Oh, for some reason I thought that Majano and Aiptasia are the same. Thank you for pointing that out. I did a little extra research and I found out that they're different.

Racoon Butterfly

My 75g was overrun with Manjo. I tried everything that I read about, nothing helped. NOTHING. Only small temporary relief. I was about to take the whole tank down when I gave one last try with a A Racoon Butterfly. OMG within 30 seconds of being released into the tank he had eaten several, I lost count he was knocking them off with lightening speed. Within days everylast one was gone. The down side is that the fish is not reef safe. I didn't have much to loose so I kept him in the tank. I have read of other folks who wither borrow one from a friend or their local shop, then return it when all is gone. Oh, I spent lots of money on every remedy and multiple water changes. This fish only cost me $30. A deal. Good Luck
