Anyone using prodibio? If so which ones ? I just ordered the bio clean .I'm a little confused on how many ampules to use I have 200 gallons of eater total in my system .does this stuff work ?

Raises hand. Works very well in my ssytem.

Bio Clean is a bundled kit of 2 products: Bio Digest & Biotim. Bio DIgest is the bacteria and the Biotim is the carbon food source.

Prodibio recommends using the smaller ampoules of each for every 50G's, every 2 weeks.

My humble suggestion:
IME and from the feedback of others I know that use this stuff, start off by simply dosing the Bio Digest only. in your next dosage, 2 weeks later, dose the Bio Digest and 1/2 the dosage of the Biotim. You can hit your tank with the full dosage of each in your next interval.

The Biotim appears to be potent stuff. I've heard of cyano outbreaks when dosing this stuff at full dosage early on. Beginning your Biotim dosage low, and gradually increasing it seems to work well.

NP! I'm on my 3rd box, over a period of almost 4 years. I used it regularly at first, but with the advent of different phosphate and nitrate reduction methods, I use if increasingly less. It's a good product, but I only use to "turn it up a notch", on occasions.

At the moment, I use it in conjunction with biopellets, KZ Bio Mate & KZ ZeoBAK. I dose Bio Digest about once a month, if that.

Cool I always wanted to try it my tanks doing get right now colors are good just wanna see ifbi can improve growth .my phos is 0 but I have a little nitrate let see orbit will work

It might he helpful or useless in practice: when I dose, my return pump stays off for 30 mins to allow the bacteria to stay and circulate throughout my display.

Definitly check it out if u can and speak to Ed he has been in hobby for a very long time and is one of the most knowledgeable person I've ever talked too when it comes too reefs . He's helped me out a lot with my tank !

I just keep up with KZ Biomate & Zeobac in conjunction to the biopellets. My feelings about the biopellets, in itself are mixed at best.

Occasionally I hit the tank w/ Prodibio and/or KZ Zeozym if I need to kick it up a notch or 2. Moreso during the summer, when the overall tank metabolism increases.
