Any 5 foot tanks?

I have a 75 and want to plan an upgrade for spring. I noticed there are no five foot long mass produced tanks. Am I missing something?
I'm thinking about a 180 but I like something more cubic so I'm wondering why there aren't more deep dimension tanks.

Marineland makes a 5' tank but it's 250gal. They might make a smaller one but I'll have to check.

My 170 is a 5 footer.....60"x24"x27"...it was a custom made acrylic. They make a 150 short which is 60x24x24, but it's very hard to find...I think Oceanic makes it.

I have a 5' 120gal 60x18x26, it is made by Perfecto.

I like the 60x24x24 dimensions. I will definitely look into that, I am not sure if I want to go Acrylic though.
I love the clarity but I dont know about how prone to scratches that is.

They do make a coating for acrylic now that protects it really well but it's expensive. You can drag a nail across the surface and it won't leave a mark and supposedly algae can't even attach to it. I haven't seen a tank made using it in person but this is what the acrylic guys tell me. Obviously if you try to gouge it you can but regular wear and tear is greatly reduced. It's a sheathing that has to be applied to the surfaces after the tank is glued because it otherwise prevents the solvent from contacting the acrylic and making the bond.

I was just looking through a few suppliers and the only 5' tanks normally available are the Marineland 120 extra high and the Marineland 250gal Deep Dimension. The 5' sizes were never really that popular and I think a lot of companies just abandoned them. If you wanted to go a little shorter the Deep Dimension 200 is 48x36x27 which is a pretty cool depth without being super tall. Otherwise custom is your only choice.

When they discontinued the old 5' models they didn't go around smashing the ones that were already out in the market... As far as new tanks that are currently available, the choices in the 5' size are very limited.

I think Tangs like tank space more than 48". I don't think I will have enough room for 72" so I figure halfway is great.
I really like the marineland DD tanks.
