Blues cardinal ?

Just saw what looked like a sm cottenball hanging from my bec wondering what it was couldn't get good pic with I phone it fell off behind a rock and both the becseem to be hanging out back there

Could be eggs. The female will lay eggs in a sac before they get them in their mouth.

Def looked like a whit sac and there hiding behind the rock which it dropped behind Do they go into moth right away or do they have to hatch

Sounds like eggs to me. The eggs are incubated in the mouth. Immature breedrs sometimes spit them out.

Neither of them has anything in there mouth as of now but one will not come out from the rock that the white thing fell behind

If it's their first time they may not be successful. It can take several attempts for them to get it right.
