Vortech Pump Help

I have a Vortech MP40ES pump.
The pump suddenly disconnected from the wet side.
When I try put is back it vibrates like crazy when I get the driver near the wet side.
Any ideas?
I can't connect it because it vibrates so much.
The LEDs doesn't show a trouble (not red color)
The label on the spacer is a little crumpled but I can see that causing such a problem.

did you shut off the power before you try to 'connect' them?

You may have damaged it. Did the dry side fall onto the floor?

u have to turn off the whole system...then reattach the two sides. Then power back on and adjust.

What everyone else said. You can't connect the two sides when the system is running.
