i receieved a nice amount of live rock from josh saul on this board, really awsome rock he had for 5 years but infested with these pesky anenomes. he recommended bi-ionic 1 alk i think for killing them, but i had very little time. after fighting with these anonomes for a week i was gonna dry the rock out. and just keep them as base rock.

i suddenly came up with a solution!

while i was doing another open dishnetwork box, i saw a anomes laughing at me, so far i counted 60 of them. i got so pissed i saw my soldering iron flaming with smoke. i took out a new radio shack soldering iron tip made of iron(you dont want copper) and started stabbing and laughing at the anenomes poping and oh the yummy BBQ seafood smell. i know im a majano anenomes pyro. to all you electronic guys out there this is the best way to kill anonomes by far. takes less then a sec of confirm kill and it's better then paying for joe's juice or injection of lye or even using kalk paste. I think this is the cheapest method of attack and the most fastest method of attack hehhe. This is gaurentee to kill off any pest anonomes(or life).

Thank you for reading my pin point destruction of anenomes. i will soon post mpegs of burning anenomes

Many people have used either copper wire or metal wire to kill majano or apastaia. Problem is that while it does kill the majano, where it is, the fragments that are left behind float to other places in the tank and take hold. If you going to use the wire you need to do it outside of the main tank and either using a tweezer or knife scrap off the majano and rinse the rock off before placing it back into the tank. The thing with using Kal or Joe's Juice is you kill the majano and then seal it in the spot where it's so pieces can't spread around the tank.

iron is alright to burn, it will not leave a trace of copper. if you feel better buy a titanium rod and attach it to your 40 watt sodering iron. of course i took my rocks out for this hehhehe
