I had to replace a top frame once on an AGA tank. I ordered it through Petland Discount as they deal in their whole line of tanks.

Is your tank an AGA?

Also you can try asking your LFS to order one for you.

As long as it is from a regular manufacturer it can be ordered but it will probably take time since they are usually special orders and aren't really stocked.
