Help me improve my tank....

I most definitely will for frags and chaeto. Do you think I can add the Chaeto in my existing sump tank. I only have two chambers. 1 for the return and the large portion I have live rock, rock rubble & 2-3" sand bed. I use a filter sock with a mechanical tray with a deep blue filter pad on it as well.

Did you put a actual piece of cooked shrimp in there? Did that Melanarus wrasse work? Did you eventually get rid of your bristles?

I never did bottle trick, I didn't see the wrasse eat any, after the snow storm in October my tank got wiped out. I took adv. Of a sale here and tried to upgrade. I sold tank rock and sand, only found two fatty worms so I'm not sure. I'm impatiently waiting for next tank: planning a 180

just found thread. interesting little study in "pimp my tank". hard to tell from pics but is there alot of hair algae in the tank?

Hooked up the reef controller. Figured out he issues with the lighting. Waiting for my new ballast and hanging the lights up and will be posting pictures of the setup with new lights, power heads, reef controller, new corals, maybe a new sump/ Refugium.
