Would my floor handle my tank

I don't know if they can sue me from under the tank.

So I found a decent spot, I have a beam running across the apt. But it's almost at the end of the wall so a part of the tank will be on top of the beam, which I think I will put the fugue that's half full of Sand on top. What do u guys think. And the wood will be running parallel to the tank which means that the joist will be perpendicular to the tank.

that sounds about right, fill the tank halfway and walk in front of it and see how much deflection you get, if it bounces, its no good

Do you think that the floor is resting flat on that beam? Should it bounce at all?

well one of my friend have a 150g tank on the 5th flood also but it have it right on top of the beam and it was fine but u should check if u have a main beam where u can put the tank on top

tangy a beam should goes from one wall to another say it should go from your living room and goes to your bed room those are the main beam that u r looking for
