I would hate to hear that the tenant downstairs is suing you for damages.

I don't know if they can sue me from under the tank.

So I found a decent spot, I have a beam running across the apt. But it's almost at the end of the wall so a part of the tank will be on top of the beam, which I think I will put the fugue that's half full of Sand on top. What do u guys think. And the wood will be running parallel to the tank which means that the joist will be perpendicular to the tank.

well one of my friend have a 150g tank on the 5th flood also but it have it right on top of the beam and it was fine but u should check if u have a main beam where u can put the tank on top
