I want to wish everyone on here a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Most of us on here probably wouldn't even understand this hobby if it wasn't for this site and it's members so I just want to say thank you to everyone!
So what did Santa get everyone this holiday and what is your "Reef Resolution" for the New Year?
Santa (fianc?) got me my new 60 gal deep blue 48x24x12 and stand for Christmas which I'm surprised she did after my leaky overflow disaster 3 years ago which left me out of the hobby since then.....
So therefore this year my res is to make sure that doesn't happen again and strive for the best water parameters and to keep them consistent with all the new technology out now.......
Merry Christmas !

I agree that this community has helped me learn so much about reef keeping and I think my tanks would be overrun with slime and hair algae if it wasn't for some of these people so thank you!
Santa (My girlfriend) was really good to me and got me two chalice frags, a crazy colored ric frag (at the swap as an early birthday present) and I had a secret delivery into my QT tank yesterday of a pair of beautiful wrasses that I need ID-ed :)

Merry Christmas everyone!

I have to agree, about this site, and it's members, I would not have my dream tank, or fish if MR did not exist. As far as a gift for x-mas, santa (Steve) gave me my dream fish a Black Tang. For my resolution is to strive to get my phosphates and nitrates to controllable levels, and maybe my new upgrade to a 1200 gallon.

My resolution this year is to stop and look back from time to time, its not always good to leave people behind, especialy in todays tuff world...... P.s. Give your kids an extra hug every chance you get!! Happy holidays , may the new year bring us cheaper led units and a greater respect for this daily aquatic challenge.
