I have a RKE - can't get it to work on controller set up.
I can log on remotely to my RKE from my phone and from my office.
could you help me out?

When you say the url of the feeds, do you mean the ip address of my cable modem that I key in to access my RKE from my office? I have also clicked on the authentication link, and entered my info.
what do you think might be wrong?

For RKE you should not need authentication information, the RSS XML is public or not.

PM me with the IP address or URL you use to reach the RKE from your office.

I tried every which way I could.
I tried from home (mac)
I tried from work (pc)

no luck. I haven't got a clue what to do next?

Cristian, add "/rss.sht" to the end of the URL and try to validate it again.

No luck. Still get the same message when i click test configuration.

No, you need to click the Save button at the bottom for it to take effect. Try that and then the Test button.

I tried both my url by itself and added /rss.sht at the end. saved then tested configuration and got the same message both times. dunno what's wrong :/

It doesn't look like you are putting in the URL properly as I don't see anything. If you send me your URL, user and password via PM I will check it out for you.
