Mp40 setting?

Wondering what's the setting people keep their mp40 on a mixed reef?? I switch it up from wave to lagoon which I believe is purple to the orange setting

I notice a lot of polyp ext from my sps on purple

I used reefcrest cause i cant stand the noise of nutrient transport mode. Constant wind wind wind wind wind. But when its clean up time i use NTM for that day.

i use reef crest, and then once in a while switch it up to pulsed mode to try and get any pockets of detrius build up..

whats nutrient transport mode? i have an older mp40..

It works best if you have 3. 2 on each sides and one in the center/back. The sides sway back and forth like a short pulse while the back slowly winds up and down and then all three go 100% and then the all wind down and start again. Keeps the junk in the water.

ah, i dont have that feature.. i only have 1 mp40 and 1 mp10 on my system.. but theyre not linked

I use NTM with 2 MP40's...at 50% power.
