Reef and Fin (CT Store)

Has moved - please note this - store was OK, not that great a selection of fish and thier corals were decent - not phenomenal.

All kidding aside, I eventually went to House of Fins just to get my fix! but wound up buying nothing as both stores are still overpriced. I have found Absolutely Fish in NJ to be the best priced with quality in the area.

Absolutely Fish had a special two weeks ago where they were offering 10-25% discount at the register based on a "random" ticket that the employee picked from a box.

Their coral was already pretty cheap, but when I got the 25% off ticket I was pretty psyched as I had picked out $200 worth of dry goods.

Speaking of which, I am going to be in Rye this coming weekend with about 2 hours to spare.

What is the closest store with SPS?

Josh, the onlyones I know with good SpS are the ones mentioned here in this string. Aside from that, I am still looking for good ones in the area.

NY Aquaria in Mamaroneck has some nice stuff. Sal is keeping it stocked up. I work in Rye and I stop in all the time and he's constantly getting in more stuff. His fish are worth the extra cost because he quarantine his fish for two weeks in the basement.
