I have two also, one came with a bad board. Contacted CS and they sent me a new board for the driver. It literally pops right on after unscrewing the back of the driver. Easy as cake and a easy fix...i asked them for a backup board and they sent me one free with no problem.

Without the wireless working you are going to have a hard time.

Did you recently upgrade the firmware?

I would try the hard reset first. If that doesn't work than a call to them is in order.

Tried everything last night and this morning. No I didn't upgrade the firmware. I guess I'll have to wait till Monday.

Would they give me a hard time if I can't find a bill of sale. I purchase the first Mp40 last june from a LFS and I may have used cash.

I only just called and told them my issue and they told me i needed a new board and they shipped one that day with no questions asked for free. When i received it and installed, all was good, i contacted again and asked for backup board and again they sent me another with no questions asked. Never showed or asked for any proof of purchase.

my whole installation was installed by a company and i didn't get/have a receipt for my actual equipment but one entire list receipt. I got my boards 2 months ago with no issues or receipts, the CS was super simple and didn't ask questions just provided solutions. This was MY experience with their CS.

I called ecotech and their customer service was exceptional. Problem is resolved! There is a piece on the circuit board(I think it's called the RF) that connects the pumps wirelessly. When I took the driver apart the RF for some reason was disconnected. So I reconnected it and it now works. So I hope this helps anyone who may have this problem in the future. I'll tell you what i have a 6 foot tank and when these things are turned all the way up the flow is awesome. Thumps up for ecotech. I wish i could put a MP10 on the back to supplement the two MP40's. I guess my koralia will have yo do for now. Thanks for all the replies.
