I know there is a condition when small bubbles form on the rocks what is the cause of this and the best way to fix it? and what is this called?

i believe he is talking about air bubbles...

It is an algae issue - that is oxygen* forming from the near invisible algae that is multiplying on your rock.
Check your water parameters ..especially nitrates & phosphates, step up your water changes - percentage and frequency, change your GFO and carbon if you run them, and if you don't you might want to consider adding them.
If your lights are old, you might want to change your bulbs, but this usually happens due to water issues.

Thanks Kathy Thats what I beleave It is But I thought there was a name for this condition I beleave the tank went throught a mini cycle I did a large cleaning to the tank and in the process distubed the sand too much, I had a ditom bloom now That has died down, and this is starting up did I have beeb doing water changes it is getting better but wanted to know what it was called so I can do some more research on it.

I just noitice this in my refugium last night too, small bubble on two rocks but they are purple bubbles. Is this the same thing and will the emerald crab eats this?
