i think it's going to be impossible to pick a day that everyone can make it. i think you should have two polls to decide what day will be best. first should be a one week poll so everyone can determine sat or sunday. then second poll should be to decide the date in june it should be on the day of the first poll.
ps. length of the poll was just an example

how about a poll with all the weekend dates
then a poll for the top three?

But your right David, we can't pick a date were everyone will be able to come, BUT there will be other small swap events planned this summer, Rich is going to have something out near his place, and Josh wanted to have something later in the summer. :party:
