I like things extrmemly neat, organized and easy to get to. This way you will maintain things much better.

Its 25' x 25' . However the actuall equipment takes up roughly 5' X 12' and this supports two large tanks. With a 10 x 10 you can do everything you need to with out a dought. Feel free to reach out.

I like tanks that divide rooms.

We installed this a few months ago in the city. I would say the room is 6' wide by about 12' long. That filters a 400gal on the floor above. The room contains all filtration and everything you need for water changes.
