Where did everyone get their top off water tanks? Everywhere I look on the internet I can't find one small enough to fit on the shelf inside my RSM stand. Any ideas or experience with companies?

I'd rather a plastic storage tank. I don't need to have something happen and crack the glass. Also want something completely enclosed with a cap that opens.

Thanks Richie. I looked on there but the one I was interested in is $169 for a 4 gallon tank LOL!!! I may just have to go with a small tank that I'll wrap in black vinyl with a clear strip in the front to see where the water levels at and a plexi top.

There's all different sections on tank depot. I just bought 2 75 gallon tanks and they were 120 each. best is to call them and let them know what you're lookibg for.

I got mine from here. They are great for large tanks; howevr on small ones it is not worth the shipping. Trade hardware across from Pets Wharehouse in copague has a lot of these style containers. Look in there back yard(its huge and riddled with tanks everywhere)

you are really worried about a 10 gallon glass aquarium tank leaking? you can always make a cover for it with acrylic very easy and i think the cheapest and best way to go

I said I was worried about me being stupid and accidentally cracking it somehow. I plan for the worst case cenario and buy accordingly.
I need it to fit in the stand of my RSM250 Mike thanks though. If space wasn't an issue I would have picked one of them up for sure.
I was thinking of him as well but the ATO will be here in a couple of days and I didn't want to put him under a time crunch.

Yeah I had been on their site before, I missed that tank. Glad I looked again and happened to find it this time. Just will drill a small hole big enough to get the filler hose through and it'll be perfect, thanks again

I use garbage cans 13 gl they fit in my cabinet. Or check out the container store they have sop many sizes you can almost always find something.
