Here's a great sandbed calculator just enter your tank length, width and depth of sand. It'll tell you how much sand you need to cover that space.

Angelo, please be aware that DSB= Deep Sand Bed. A 2" sand bed is not considered a Deep Sand Bed. If you want to do a DSB it would be 6" deep. 2" is considered a SSB, Shallow Sand Bed. Just semantics, that's all.
