still gotta get a clean up crew just got about 50 snails and 100 grass shrimps 30 gallon sump with about 5 diff kinds of algae and a phosban reactor and a new uv sterilizer i got from juggernot yesterday all my perimeters are great after i removed the bio balls and sponge just putting on a filter sock when i move my stuff around and it worked my nitrates where at 80 they at zero now phosphates at zero and i havent installed carbon but its coming soon

yeah my other lights had burnt out so i got a 48 inch 4 strip t5 lighting and i went to home depot bought a 2 strip t5 lighting for 30 and it works great so i got 6 bulbs now i love it super bright when all the lights are on

i got a question to who ever reads i used the same line coming out from my phosban reactor to feed my coralife uv light think thats ok and should i always run the phosban reactor and uv light or only some time how do ya run it i was thinking maybe only when i do water changes my phosphates are at 7

Tank looks good nice cabinet around it i wouldn't feed the line from the phosban reactor to the uv only because of any sediment that may come from the rector may dirty up the lens on the uv which will mean more cleaning of it, and just a question why a uv if your gonna have a reef tank that may kill too much of the essential bacteria that the tank needs just asking not critiquing
