Mytank went from ground zero too looking nice just have sand and live rock... Need some life (no fish) but would like some frags anyone that can lend a hand and have some to spare or sell very cheap pm im located in the Bronx area.

From your posts. I think you should let the tank cycle first. Give it a good 3-4 weeks before putting anything in there. BTW I think most basic fish will be more hardy then any frag to start off with. Also what type of lighting do you have?

My buddy arnaldolex gave me 25 gallons of water from his 150g into my 75g fragged me a couple of things and surprised they are opened a small two head frog spawn and 3mushrooms had the tank running for 1 week with t5 lights

25 gallons of his water definitely helped. I personally would've waited another week but for now all i could suggest is make sure you keep a close eye on the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels for the next few weeks just incase.

My buddy arnaldolex gave me 25 gallons of water from his 150g into my 75g fragged me a couple of things and surprised they are opened a small two head frog spawn and 3mushrooms had the tank running for 1 week with t5 lights

Water doesn't mean anything there is barely any bacteria in the water column it's in your rock. If you used 100% cycled rock from an established tank you should be fine and the fact things are already doing well proves it.

Sand and rock was in a established tank...I guess piece of mind is better than free frags lol...just want some life in this tank already( patience for this hobby just leaves me anxious )

what up thou what i told you relax its all about patience you have cured 120lbs of live rock live sand and 25 gallons of water and that bio boosting liquid so relax things are coming along and mob wives sucks stop watching it
