My buddy arnaldolex gave me 25 gallons of water from his 150g into my 75g fragged me a couple of things and surprised they are opened a small two head frog spawn and 3mushrooms had the tank running for 1 week with t5 lightsFrom your posts. I think you should let the tank cycle first. Give it a good 3-4 weeks before putting anything in there. BTW I think most basic fish will be more hardy then any frag to start off with. Also what type of lighting do you have?

Water doesn't mean anything there is barely any bacteria in the water column it's in your rock. If you used 100% cycled rock from an established tank you should be fine and the fact things are already doing well proves it.
