90 gallon in apt

Wow. And I was gonna question my 90 over my basement. The joists are running perpendicular to the tank so I should be fine. Might shore up anyway.

110 gal with 30 gal sump on a third floor. Plus the tank is only 48" long

I have the same but on in my 6th floor apt
