Zoa - question

I have nice size of red hornet..say over 20p on 2" square flat frag.
Some P's of red honert zoa is good size stem but other are tiny like too skinny body- why is this happening ? Is it dying ? Hope its not spread to other side and dying.

Im going to frag few heads as back up.
