Just wondering whos tank inspired you to want much more from your aquarium. Its not recent but when i first started i went to so many peoples houses and there was one tank that inspired me to want more. he is no longer on this site but he had a great setup. he didnt go all sps like i am trying to do but his tank was so clean and corals and fish were so healthy i put alot of my resources in equipment instead of adding livestock. so who inspired you to achieve the most you can with your aquarium

i've seen some amazing tanks, but to be totally honest when i first started the tank that i saw in person and made me decide to go for the switch from fowlr to reef was Definitely Skene. i had seen a few tanks before that were larger and had nice organization, but talking coral coloration, quantity and quality at that point was def tops. Especially for the size of his tank. Plus he was crazy helpful and generous with my initial set-up.

On this site, I admired Reefbum's tank and was thrilled to see it in person. His full blown SPS tank was gorgeous and inspired me to go SPS. Also Polywise, another local reefer whose tank thread I followed on RC and gave me a lot of ideas on my current tank. Although I never saw his tank in person and never actually met him. As far as fish go Albano's tank wins that hands down. You can stare at his tank for hours. With all his fish there is a lot going on.

Kedd's tank. Ive never seen a tank with 3 soccer ball size purple monster colonies!!!! I can't even find a 1/2" frag for a decent price these days. All his colonies grew at rates that I've never seen. i still can't figure it out. Those CT guys have a secret that they won't share LOL i.e Reefbum and Jason from Greenwich Aquaria.

The first reef tank I ever saw other than in a LFS and the tank that was hands down the biggest inspiration to me was Jerl77's....

2 More tanks were also key in both my growth in the hobby and an inspiration... One is MBG75's

Not only inspiring tanks but great friends / mentors.

And one that pushed me along during my 120 build....Jaftica's

This picture does not do this tank justice....

Vic's tank was one of the first that I saw on the board, and I always like the way he has a mix of LPS, SPS and softies all in one heavily packed tank. Vic told me that his Inspirational was Kedd tank.
This one did it for me, this is Vic's old setup. Marrone, you have a nice setup as well.
