Rfk vs apex vs other controllers

Ok guys which is better the reefkeeper or the apex controller or does anyone have any different suggestions.

I left the hobby for a while and now I am back and these things have become so popular

Most people will say Apex.

I would personally recommend Reef Angel, but only if you can handle community supported open source and have a small amount of programming experience.

I just checked it out....it is the lowest cost controller I have seen so far and it seems to have all of the same functions as the others (reef angel)

+1 - I had no programming experience and the reef angel forum helps you with the set up - you can almost do anything you can imagine with this controller.
