Carpets (I'm assuming you're talking about a Haddons) are very difficult animals to keep alive. They don't like a lot of flow, and do not take changes in water chemistry well.
They must have at least 3 inches of sand to feel happy. They are a risk with any and all fish. (Clowns are less risky).
That said- I strongly recommend a Haddons versus a gigantea or magnifica. The haddoni is much easier to keep alive.
None of the carpets ship well. It's usually much easier to have success with an anemone that has been established for a while.
Bubble tip anemones are typically cloned or captive raised so that's a better option, IMO.

Yes I was talking about haddons.
I've had a rbta for a long time. My lfs can get me a haddon carpet about 3" big. I'm worried it will eat my clowns
all capet are a hit miss just dont love the clown too much and u might have a chance not to be rude but didnt i see u put a thread up the other day i think that u just started ur tank back up if so then i would wait to add any anenome not telling u what to do but they like tank that been up for a while i have no anenome currently but i owned a few well in the pass just looking out for the animals u know
