The pro is alot larger than the regular Remora. I don't think you can use the mag3 on the regular Remora just the Remora Pro. I have had problem with the Mag3 staying on the Remora Pro, it keeps coming off after a while and blow the sand around in my tank.

You could also make that into a fuge. It's the right size for a small fuge. All you need to do is throw some macro in there and light over it.

Also, the larger rios have problems. I'd replace the pump as well.

You can puyt a ball valve in between the pump and the skimmer, overdrive the skimmer and keep it safe -

Remora's are famous for blowing foam and overflowing when the pump is too big for the skimmer.

Also, I have an extra mag7 if you need a return pump for the new tank to replace the Rio. I will also have a mag 9.5 once the old tank is broken down.
