Picture upload

I know that the site has been going thru a server upgrade but to my understanding so far it has been completed so I was wondering why some people are able to upload pictures and Im not able. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a new way to upload pics? I've tried thru my cell phone and thru my home computer and it continues telling me the "upload of file failed". Can someone help me on this Please. Thanks...

I was having problems a few days ago then realized that my file was to big,I chopped It down to make th file smaller then It worked. It gives you the requirement for picture size. Worked for me double check and make sure your file is the proper size

Not sure how to control the file size. Where should I check?

Ok what I just finished doing was crop the image I had and from what it looks like made thefile size much much smaller. That allowed me to upload it. Hope this helps some people. Thanks Trini...

Right before you upload your image in "manage attachments" you will see the guideline for different kinds of files..it shows you the max size for the file..if your file exceeds the max size your picture wouldnt load

Im guessing they changed the setting on that because I've had Jpeg Images load on here with about 3000kb and never had a problem loading them. Now it show the max Jpeg is 976.6KB. I wonder how I can control the file size on my camera and my cell. Hmmmmmm.....

thanks, will be opening an account with them since I cant figure out a way to shrink the size on my pics. Unless someone can give me advice on that. but you're right on not using the resource of the site.

It says security token missing
