Thoughts on the Classifieds system....

What does everyone think of them? Do you have any ideas or suggestions for when we finish developing this part of the site?

Already addressed:
Ratings (fixed)
Category photos
Auction ability
"Featured Ads" with a small fee
Multi item listings
Changes to how items are "reserved"
Trade associations between items (i.e. I offer you my coral for your skimmer)

What else are we missing?

I dunno, I really find that the for sale section is so much easier to post as well as use. Still prefer for sale section:smile:

I don't like them either. Not necessary and counters the desire to make this site less of a marketplace. RD

Probably I am a slow learner or lazy, I never really look at nor use that section of the site. But I guess how I feel must also indicates how some other feels too.

I think having both the for sale section and the classifieds makes everything more confusing. I for one like the for sale section better and now that each vendor has their own section its not as congested anymore.

Also I am not really a fan of how the classified software works but maybe thats just me

All in all I think the improvements to the site have been fantastic!!!

Also, there should be a link to just see all the classified at once regardless of what it is like in the For Sale section.

I really like the changes you've done so far. Any chance of being able to scroll the graffiti board?

I haven't used the classifieds but I think the picture display of products being sold is cool.
