Name a reef safe fish you would not want to own

Everyone always talks about what fish they want for there reef,im wondering what reef safe fish would you not want in your setup. I personally would want a algae blenny because of the amount of sand it moves also heard they like to move frags around. Another is the clown tang because of its aggressive nature.

Starry blenny, mean little suckers, super aggressive. Also hawkish they sit on corals and don't let them open up.

A tang. Any tang, for that matter. I saw them in the wild, will see more this year and I understand now they don't belong to anything but the largest aquariums. I have the one of the smallest surgeonfishes- Kole tang, in my 100g and if I could rethink my decision, I would never have brought it home. They really need a lot of space and they are such an important fish on the reef. It's doing great in my tank, but I still feel sorry I can't give him more space to explore.Well, lesson learned.

I have one in my tank now, and I just noticed him doing that yesterday. Almost all the zoa frags I picked up at the swap last year are gone thanks to him.


I would also like to add a heniochus and kleini butterfly to this cuz when I had them they just ate everything. Every time I'd pour in food they'd devour more than half of it just between the two and I don't even know how they fit it all in there. They pretty much never gave anyone else a chance to get a good amount of food. That's why I got rid of both

Sand Sifting Gobies! I like corals on the send bed and the gobies just like to Keep covering them with sand.

I also will not put any wrasse, not because I don't want to, but I do not want to put a cover on my rimless tank.

Tomato clown - extremely aggressive and territorial, plus always creating a sand storm and moving small rocks and unattached corals around. I really like naso tangs but they sure poop a lot!

Gold cheek Sand Sifting Gobie.
When I had sand in my tank it did a great job of covering my corals with sand.
I swear that bastard would do it purposely when I was watching and not just the ones on the sand bed he would literally take sand and sprinkle it all over my rock work.

I hate this fish lol
