a 75g with a flow vale never had a problem. also have a 20g bucket with a single flow vale never had a problem the pass 8 years.

Lmk if you ever want to get some "professional" cooking exp. before you take the culinary plunge. Sometimes it can be helpful to get out there and do it before u sink money into the process. As with any career.
I average roughly 80 hrs a week over the course of the year.
Just some food for thought.
I am assuming you have not done this for a living. If I am wrong disregard above. You already know lol.

I've catered small events here and there, a couple of nice sized ones with hired help. Nothing crazy. that's more what I'm leaning towards. Or opening up a tiny eatery, where I'm incharge of the menu, presentation, taste, and some cooking. I don't think I could ever work in a kitchen 24/7. I know a few executive chefs in manhattan and I could never do what they do. they basically for fitted all there holidays and honestly there life. It's crazy what people overlook when they step in to a restaurant.

she bakes like no tomorrow. i always tell her she should open up a little 1stop grabb and go joint. she would make a killing. and shes also a really good cook. she should go to school for it. but it takes up alot of hours. who knows, she might just be famous in the near future.
