Yea I am New here!!! Get a clue buddy, it come down to one thing You cant talk bad about a vendor on MR we get the point!! Members are just gonna stop giving Vendors the benefit of the doubt and assuming that because they are a vendor they are a good store.. so the long and short of it is that if your a vendor on MR it means nothing other then that you paid your way!!!

You can leave the proper feedback for a vendor in the reefer ratings. You can't cause drama in the forums with a vendor by starting a soap opera "I'm going to WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH about my experience" thread. Yiu shouldn't talk bad about anyone in the forums.

Chef I would love to same way I would love to undelete dukes thread but since the furious 6 complained about it, it will never return. Hopefully the vendor or another mod can undelete dukes thread since it is in the vendors forum.

Even if a store is mobbed there is no excuse to leave a dead fish lay in a tank period. How long does it take to scoop a dead fish out of a tank. Scoop it and keep moving. Gha is a little bit more complex. Store closes work on it.
If we can rave about a great lfs and point out why you think is great, we should be able to point out why one thinks another sucks. IMO.

I like this thread !!! It's true fish die.. What I don't get is if you post something in the general section and write about your experience or something you've seen or know of , that could ultimately have a negative effect on your thousand dollar system , why not let the masses know!!
But to protect a vendor because you paid to be a vendor on a site, that's about the well being , and husbandry of aquatic life form. Just so that shop can continue to sell and practice horrible business ..
I completly understand if you pay for a form site . You shouldn't have to have people say negative things about your business .. But Mr has several sections and the general section is just that..
I wanna talk about a Lfs that has a disease that can wipe out everyone's system but we can not share our finding because some Moderators just don't get it!!!
So we all should go onto Angie's List to find out about a Lfs and the practices lmfao..

I started this thread because someone started a thread about a lfs that had good deals. Then some more people chimed in about the store and how great it was.
Then someone posted about a store that had some dead fish. They never mentioned the name of the store with the dead fish. They just said it was a store by so and so.
Then the thread got closed because these are stores on Long Island, and Long Island threads get shut down quickly due to past threads that got out of hand,, and rightly so.
This thread has nothing to do with Vendor or Non Vendor but now this thread is turning into that.
So before this thread gets shut down
Please stop posting about your own agenda.
That being, the need to bash the mods for shutting down vendor threads, or vendors shutting down threads in their own forum.
Guess What. The members of this forum don't make the rules here. The owner of MR makes the rules.
The mods seem to be pretty liberal here. IMO.
Even if I am not smart enough to figure it all out IYO
