question about shipping corals

I plan to ship out corals (most chalices and scoly) to my friend. What's the best/economic way to do it? I have around 15 frags to ship.
Is it better to ship in the afternoon than in the morning at UPS store? This way coral doesn't have to sit in the shipping center for a whole day?

Ups stores have all packages pick up after 6, of its within 100 miles of your location ground shipping is 1 day.
So drop off around 5, so it's processed and shipped by 6:30
