I have been using this salt for a year now and whenever I mix it I get it to 1.026 that's with a heater in the brute 25gal. pail for 24hrs. but when I do the water change and check my salinity level with my refractometer the salinity level is past 1.030 that means I have to take out water from the tank and dilute it,,,anyone else ever have this problem?

IMOP 10% is a little light for me.
I do 25 gal a week sometimes more for my 150 gal total.

Now you will get some one to reply " I don't do water changes but once a year"

IMOP water changes are the single most cheapest additive you can do for your tank.

If your trying to lower your salinity I would take out a galon or two of tank water each day and replace it with RO until you get to you 1.025

+1 on the water changes. I truly believe it is the most important aspect of reef keeping.

I used this salt for a while. Best thing I ever did was switch to another brand. If your dosing 2 part or using a calcium reactor, this is not the salt to use.
The levels were too high, and threw my tank out of balance.

I used it for a year and a half and recently switched to ESV and I don't ever see me going back.
IMOP No reason for these over amped up salts to stress out your corals, sea water peramiters are what they are and adding more Ca,Alk,Mag IMOP plays on the "more is better" ignorance.

Not to mention ESV mixes crystal clear and you can use it as soon as your temp is right. ;)
