Hey anyone have large shark tanks? I know someone has a 1000g with two nurse sharks. Anyone else?

From what I've seen they go anywhere from 800 to 1500 but you shouldn't even consider one unless you have a 2000+ tank but that's just my opinion

I don't have space in my tank for a shark or my apartment for a 2000+ lol
just wondering how much they cost

For the cost of keeping,maintenance and electric to have a tank large enough to house a shark isn't worth it.only for a few years down the line when it outgrows the tank or your tired of having it.too much trouble,money and aggravation in my opinion

Requiem sharks need a minimum of 3500+gal and that's for the small guys.

Small blacktips can range in price but the quality sharks from the suppliers that are going to handle them properly are probably going to run $1800 and up (retail) depending on size.
