AI hydra and pc4-fan

I just set up my new leds. For some reason once I put the lights on the fan started acting weird. Not spinning but motor still going. My temp probe stared going nuts too. I disconnected the led and fan went back to normal. I then plugged led in different outlet across my living room and fan went back to acting funny. What could cause this? Temp probe seems to have settled.
Any ideas?

Is the LED unit plugged into the PC4?
It may just be if the Hydra is broadcasting a signal for a controller, that it is sending out the signal through the power line acting as a partial antenna or maybe electrical interference. I would isolate the LED onto a designated electrical outlet.
