Just got my order from Reefs2Go and i'm baffled. Ordered zoa frags and every one of them came unmounted. Wasn't prepared for this. No frag plugs or glue on hand and have no idea what to do now! Looks like I need some help...

Rightfully so but you should post this in their forum (although they then can delete it). They have been getting a ton of bad press on here. Don't think I will ever be ordering from them. Especially the way they treated a long standing member here by just "closing his account".

I too have had a negative experience with them. Message them and demand a refund, you'll probably end up with credit though.

A refund isn't necessary although a credit for the plugs and glue I ordered from Amazon and the Crazy Glue I just had to buy would be nice. I mean honestly how long would it have taken them to glue these frags to a plug? 10-15 seconds?

I can do that easily, and it looks like I have no choice to at this point. Just sent them a nice private message so we'll see what happens with that. Off to mount everything...

Save yourself the time and headache. There are plenty of other places to order from out there. Better yet buy frags from everyone on the forum. Keep the money on Manhattan Reefs

Alright so this is what I sent them...

I just got my order that I placed with you, the order number is 2013-09-*****, and i'm quite unhappy at this point. I was really disappointed when I started to pull bags out to acclimate the frags I ordered and noticed just about all of them weren't mounted on plugs. The only one that was mounted was the freebie Ricordea that I got with my order. To say i'm unimpressed is a bit of understatement right now. For future reference it might be a good idea for you to note that they might not be mounted and offer an option to have them mounted. It can't take much time or cost much for you to do that for your customers.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with this order. I believe that All corals and mushrooms are mounted on plugs or rocks. Would you please email me pictures of the items you received for further review. I will need those pictures emailed to [email protected].

Didn't think of taking pictures of the shipment and now everything is mounted. Told them that but no response back yet. This should be interesting :supermad:

Take a pic of them mounted on your own plugs if different from the one the ricordia was on.

It'll definitely be different. It's mounted to my aquascape and rock rubble. Hopefully that will make them happy

Sorry to hear about your troubles with them.
I had placed 2 orders with them and I was quite pleased with the service. I'm in the process of replacing my sump with a bigger one that can accommodate a fuge and was looking to take advantage of their sales by getting quite a few things.
After seeing all the feedback in the other thread and now this, i'm definitely going to look elsewhere.

I hear you on that bro. I picked up some zoa frags from Neptune last Friday and they opened up an hour after I put them in the tank

I would never order from them i have had bad experience and if you are trying to get answers for your complaint then I only one thing I can say to you is Good Luck with that ......

Believe it or not I got in touch with them and they're replacing the entire order minus the freebies

I have to say that they do not care about picking up their phones or sending a reply to emails. Terrible customer service or maybe that's only if you try to contact them with a problem.
