who is using them and how do you like them, how is the growth and color and what lamps are you using 10 or 12k and what wattage.

I sold my 250 10k SE within 2 weeks of using it.
Corals responded great but it wasn't eye-pleasing to me.

I had 400w 10k se`s changed them after 1 month. I now have 12k`s I like them much better.....

i switched my 250w SE 10K XM's to 12K Reeflux this week...
i love the color but too soon for me to tell u anything bout coral response..

Im going to try 3 400 watt 10k's on a m59 mag ballast hope I like them.

I used 10k double ended on a Mag Ballast and it was
very yellow. There was a whole thread on Reef central about reeflux bulbs and ballasts.

I have the Reeflux 12K 250W DE's on Icecap ballasts. They are white. I run them with 2xT-5 Actinic and the color of the tank is crisp white with a hint of blue. Coral growth has been very good and corals are changing colors from brown to blues or greens. All of the other corals either have a deeper blue/purple or have lightened up with good intensity.

The 12k's on kasei's tank look really nice. Seeing the 12k's I would be worried about the 10k's being too yellow.

I run 175w reeflux 12k and Let me tell you i love the color ,and even ppl that come here love the color of it ,even if they dont like reeflux bulbs ,I had the 10ks but they where too white for me

I run a coralife ballast
