Spectrapure absolutely stink period

I think Spectrapure is one crappy company and as helpful as a bag of nickels at a strip joint. I asked them on their forum what I would need for a specific setup and all I get are links to junk that makes no sense or cant use or is just not what I am looking for.

Then when I further explain my needs with pictures and links to items on their own webpage, I basically got a uh huh from them and I should buy that product. No reason why I should or if any of the other products were better or worse. When I asked how I could hook their unit up to my plumbing I got a snide answer. "Take a photo of my plumbing and take a walk to my local hardware store and figure it out"

Useless tech support, useless equipment and overall waste of my time. Hope they all get cow patties for Christmas. Had to vent..

Unfortunately now a days technical support employees are basically just order processors that if in the description of the item it doesn't state answers to what you're asking they just scratch their head and suggest products they think sound like what you may need.
