How to get rid of mushrooms or just get them out my tank!!!

I want to leave the rocks how it is my tank is pretty old and I have sponge coralline on it!

holy cow. thats a ton of mushysssss! what color are they? red?

brown with a greenish color there really nice just need them out and change the tank around

the way I see it, is that you will need to take the rock out take them off, and just put the rock back.
