I guess the new owner has to protect all that crazy money they spent! Is it an infringement to use the name to tell what the parents are considering they were bought and sold as snowcasso? Assuming that the name of the offspring doesn't contain it?

Like if he named them snowonyx (snowcasso x c-quest onyx)? Basically he is giving credit to the two original breeders.
