Anyone know of a place in NYC that sells toy boat props and rc supplies? I'm looking to do the maxijet mod but want to get the parts locally. I've already ordered from mjmods.com but now only needs a few parts to make another.

I duno about NYC but in Westchester/BX have a place called Bruckner Hobbies, used to get my gas powered remote car stuff there...that hobby was almost as $$$ reefing.....:irked:

america's hobby center 28th i think between 8th and 7th. Other than that you can try www.towerhobbies.com best online for anything u need.

Fantasia Hobbies located on 46th Avenue, near Utopia parkway in Queens.

Also Willis Hobbies in Mineola, LI on Willis Avenue.

just got back from the shop. They only had 2 types of props and were the wrong ones. I got 1 anyway and I'll see how it goes.

I live just a few blocks from there. Can't swear to it, but I'm pretty sure they went out of business a while ago.
