I just looked to check if my bio pellets were still tumbling and I saw nothing in the reactor (mini cpr). Somehow they all came out I have never in over a year seen something like this even start to happen and I haven't even shut of the return recently (raising water level in back). Really bizarre but anything to be concerned about and have to start ripping apart the tank?

I would definitely get as much out as possible. The tumble action helps them shed the extra bacteria so the skimmer can remove it. Plus the small pellets can get caught in pumps and other parts of your filtration and foul it.

My real question is how on earth did the pellets get out of your reactor?

I have no idea. Its a 14g AIO so they are in the back chamber. No skimmer right now I lent it out. I guess I will try to siphon them out. I don't even know when it happened but were tumbling fine when I put them in and made sure they all sank. I recently changed them and so didn't put very much back in maybe the flow was too much for so little. Only thing I can think of.
