It happened....

I was rinsing out some netting that I had around a piece of live rock that I pulle dfrom my tank. Little did I know it had about 3-4 bristle worms on it. Well my left hand hurts like H-E-L-L/swollen and those guys left some bristles in my finger.

I've been lucky to never get stung by one so far

Place your hand in vinegar. That will neutralize the sting. If you have a magnifying glass check for bristles that are still stuck in there. If you leave them they get infected and that really sucks. I feel for ya man. Had the same happen to me a few years back.

Definately use white vinegar or diluted ammonia. Also, as Herman suggested, check for the bristles.

Yeah, but then he would have to neutralize the smell of the pee with vinegar.

Put some duct tape on your finger where the bristles are and pull it off fast. That should get them out of your skin. I used to get them stuck in my fingers all the time.
