I recently noticed bubble algae starting to pop up in various parts of my mixed reef tank. I have a 120 with a 35 gallon sump. My tank is 2.5 years old. Nothing has changed in my tank at all lately. I run Eco-Tech Radions. I changed my carbon and phosban two weeks ago. I do a 25 gallon water change weekly. I have a great skimmer. I have lots of snails and crabs providing clean up. I tested my water. Everything checked out fine, except for a 5 reading on nitrates with my Salifert kit. I also tested for Phosphates twice, but couldn't find any detectable levels. My R/O water is perfect. I'm stumped. I'm dong another water change tomorrow. Any ideas on how to get rid of bubble algae?
Thank you.
Thank you.
