MAG, Magnesium flake

anyone uses "MAG Magnesium flake" for magnesium? Are they safe to use?

Mag flake is great if you can find it... Been using it for years. The 50lb bag lasts along time. Mix it with the proper ratio of Epsom salt for a balanced magnesium supplement.

any indication of trace impurities or heavy metals? anyone else use this product? where did you get it locally?

Not locally Amazon. I checked on a few threads on rc and nj reefers that said it was safe to use.

There is locally, but you need to buy in bulk.....maybe a group buy..... ???
