I have a tank full of LPS, he has never bothered them. Good to know tho. I have had him for over 3 years. He was from my first tank. He's huge. The only way I have seen him bother the corals is he uses his tail fin to blow food off corals that I feed, so now I distract him with food then feed the corals... or feed them at night when he is sleeping, but then i have to worry about peppermint shrimp, brittle stars and bristle worms stealing the food from the corals.
I see now that the foxface is a fish on the fringe, they say reef safe with caution. I had him and just assumed he was reef safe, and has been till now. It's a shame, i really don't want to get rid of him, but he has gotten massive. King of my 125 gal...and he has personality!
